Today’s coffee is roasted by Fried Hats.
This one was gifted to me by my friend Yakup Adyin, barista champion and owner of Coffee Crafters (the best high end coffee service in Europe). I think it was a batch of left over comp coffee. From pretty much the first shot it pulled through an absolute dream so I didn’t stuff around with the grind settings too much. It’s for sure up there with one of the best coffees I’ve experienced and I nailed the whole canister within a few weeks. Get your hand on every least bean if you can.
